14-05-2011· I'm running at 16. He also said I could run at 8 if I wanted as the RockCrusher would present the correct load to the amp. Even better, however, my amp is switchable to 8 ohm. The speaker ohm doesn't matter at that point. And no, I have no idea how to explain the techy jibberish he told me. As a side note, Rivera customer support is OUTSTANDING!

20-09-2016· Can't compare the two since I've never used a Power Station, but I love my Rockcrusher. If all you need is attenuation and not re-amping, its great! No tone suck at all. Pluses are no tubes to change, no fan to make noise, doesn't need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Built like the proverbial tank, same as all Rivera gear.
